Bali's Best Surf Spots Less Crowd

Bali's Best Surf Spots Less of Crowd You Need to Know

Surfing in Bali is surely on the bucket list of every surfer – whether you’re just learning to surf or an experienced water man. The Island of the Gods is easily the most famous island in Indonesia (which has over 17,500 of them!) and is arguably one of the most famous surf destinations on the planet. For good reason too warm water, tropical vibes, pumping surf breaks and a low cost of living tick all the boxes few any surf trip. I’ve been coming back to Bali again and again for years and although it has changed a lot, underneath all the development it’s still the same fun, tropical island with epic surf that it has always been. however, Bali is a place that is visited a lot, besides its unique culture and beautiful natural sensation, many tourists come back to surf, because in Bali is one of the best surfing spots in the world. in addition to many places to surf, in Bali also often held world-class surfing championships which were followed by world surfers of course. but with a lot of surfing spots, there are some surfing places that are not crowded by surfers, let's see together.

1. Serangan Beach

This wet season crowd-pleaser has something for everyone. Various left and right A-frames peak up and pitch along a coral reef, ranging from softer shoulders or big steep walls for high-performance maneuvers and even some sucky pits through most tides. It picks up a bit of wind but loves a straight westerly offshore which holds the wave up before pitching and throwing out a hollow section.
The main peak right out front of the warungs is where all the action is, however, there are softer peaks for less experienced surfers on either side of the small channels that separate the main peak from these spots. While sitting in the surf or on the beach at Serangan there will be a steady stream of planes coming into land at Ngurah Rai International Airport and boats coming and going from Benoa harbour. beach attacks lately indeed there are few visitors to surf because the wind is caused by the wind still from the east which makes the waves on the beach a little bit broken, but during the rainy season this place began to crowded because the wind had blown from the west, and many surfers came here to play waves.

2. Kedungu Beach

Kedungu Beach is one of the best black-sand beach on the central area of Bali. Even though it takes 45 minutes drive to reach into this beach from Denpasar, many people don't mind going here. This beach is located in Belalang Village, Kediri - Tabanan. The parking lot and toilet are well-maintained, not so many visitors throughout the day, so we can enjoy the view for ourselves. On the west shore of the beach you can also find a formation of huge rock where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean. Visitors are allowed to swim and surf in this beach because the waves and tides are friendly to all the visitors. When you arrived at Kedungu beach you can see the beautiful beach in front you and the calming rice field view behind you. however, this beach is not so crowded with surfers, unlike other places such as Padang-Padang Beach, Batu Bolong Beach, Keramas Beach, Suluban Beach and others. maybe because the waves on the beach are so silly that they are a little small and rocky, causing surfers to choose to surf on the east coast, because of the big waves and the great speed.

3. Tanah Lot Beach

This beach is indeed very quiet with the presence of the surfers, because on the beach of Tanah Lot, the waves are not so good and break fast, and there are also many corals which cause more threatening danger when surfing in this place. but on the other hand this beach has a beautiful cliff that has a beautiful view and can enjoy the atmosphere of a sunset that really spoiled the eyes of the tourists. on the other hand there are indeed advantages and disadvantages possessed by each of the beaches on this island of Bali.

4. Medewi beach

Beaches in Bali are good for surfing, not only Kuta Beach in Bali. In fact there are many beaches in Bali that are very suitable for surfing locations, both for beginners or who are already proficient. Specifically on this page, I will write one of the best surfing beaches in Bali in the western part of Bali. The beach's name is Medewi Pekutatan beach. This beach also has pretty good waves for surfers. however, this beach is a bit lonely from tourists who like to surf, because maybe the location of this beach is very far away, namely in the area of West Bali, Jembrana Regency, Bali. but if asked if there are surfers there? the answer is there, but not as busy as the beaches in the south coast of Bali and the east, tourists who surf on this beach must stay there for a few days if you want to surf there, because of its location that is very far from Kuta, Legian, and Canggu. maybe only a few days they surf there, sometimes the waves are good sometimes also breaks, it's because the direction of the winds eyes is changing. the height of the waves at this beach can reach 3 meters if the weather is good, this beach is also good for intermediate surfers and beginners.

Bali has many beautiful beaches and can spoil your eyes. but it is not realized on these beaches there are also waves that are suitable for surfing activities, but it's just that surfers don't want to explore hidden beaches in Bali, they only surf on famous beaches, like Kuta beach , Padang-Padang beach, boulder beach, boggy beach, shampooing beach. that's what caused a lot of surf locations in Bali that are less crowded with visitors to surfers. so from that let's try surfing places in Bali that are not yet famous.
